Our primary connection techniques include butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, each offering robust and reliable solutions for your drainage systems.

1. Begin with a solid foundation for your pipeline by establishing an earth arc base. For standard soil conditions, lay a 100mm thick medium coarse sand base layer atop the undisturbed soil foundation or beneath any backfill-compacted foundation below the pipe. In cases of poor soil quality, opt for a sand-gravel base layer no less than 200mm thick, possibly in two strata: a lower layer comprised of 5~32mm gravel, with a thickness of 100~150mm, and an upper layer of coarse sand, maintaining a thickness of at least 50mm. Ensure the base density aligns with Table 2 provisions. When dealing with soft soil foundations, if the bearing capacity falls short of design specifications, or is compromised by construction-related factors, strengthen the foundation initially. Proceed to lay the medium coarse sand foundation layer once the necessary bearing capacity is attained.

2. For effective support, backfill the axillary corner within the supporting angle range of the designed earth arc foundation of the pipeline using medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling area should extend beyond the supporting angle 2α by at least 30°, and ensure the compactness meets the technical regulation standards.

3. As you lay the pipeline foundation, meticulously carve grooves in the socket interfaces and sleeve connections to match the pipe joint dimensions. Once joints are completed, promptly backfill with medium coarse sand to achieve the necessary density, ensuring stability and integrity.

4. In sections where longitudinal uneven settlement might occur due to pipeline load or ground soil changes, preemptively reinforce the foundation before laying the pipeline. This proactive measure ensures the pipeline's longevity and effectiveness over time.
In foundation treatments for polyethylene drainage pipes, prioritize the use of sand piles, stone piles, and other composite methods. Avoid rigid foundation treatments like driven piles, concrete pads, and concrete strip foundations to maintain flexibility and efficiency.
