Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, ensure each pipe undergoes a meticulous inspection to guarantee complete adherence to product standards. Any pipe not meeting these standards is strictly prohibited from being installed.

2. Handle each pipe with the utmost care during relocation. Avoid dragging, rolling, or using equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or any other heavy machinery to move the pipes in the trench.

3. Maintain a water-free trench during the pipe laying process. Ideally, dig the trench concurrently with pipe laying. The trench groove length should correspond with the interface length, featuring a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the groove with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. For cutting pipes to the required lengths, utilize mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always employ appropriate pipe fittings. Refrain from creating openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the limits established in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts based on soil quality and relevant standards.
