Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. For optimal support and durability, each conduit is paired with 3 sets of robust pipe sleepers, ensuring consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and strategic placement of 0.5 meters from the joint, securing the layout against structural stress.

2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. It is vital for ground personnel to efficiently transfer the pipe material directly to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. To maintain integrity and safety, the act of rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.

3. In situations requiring length adjustments for the CPVC power protective casings, precision mechanical tools should be employed for cutting. This ensures that the cut remains perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth and flat surface for a seamless fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are efficiently executed using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a stable and secure junction that upholds system integrity.

2. It's crucial to mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a clear indication of the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, meticulously verify that the insertion indicator is precise and appropriately positioned for optimal performance.

3. Prior to making connections with the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This thorough cleaning is essential to facilitating a proper connection and preventing any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted and approved. Prompt backfilling is crucial to safeguarding the pipeline from damage that may result from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is carefully backfilled with soft soil, promoting stability and protection of the installed infrastructure.
3. Backfilling should be executed manually with careful precision to fill soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain control and prevent damage.
4. The quality of backfill soil must adhere to design-specified density requirements, ensuring the structural integrity and longevity of the installation.
