Installation Instructions

1. For seamless installation of your buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure the exclusive use of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. These advanced techniques guarantee optimal performance and durability. It's absolutely crucial to avoid screw connections or bonding, as they may compromise the strength and integrity of your pipeline. To achieve precision, utilize specialized tools designed specifically for polyethylene water supply pipeline connection. For safety and to prevent damage, refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process.

2. To ensure reliability and compatibility of polyethylene pipes, only connect using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before beginning the connection process, conduct a thorough quality test to confirm compliance with required standards, assuring a secure and enduring pipeline system.

3. Maintain pristine pipe ends when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines to achieve a seamless and efficient connection. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to prevent any contamination. After completing the connection, immediately inspect the interface to ensure it is secure and defect-free.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. This ensures optimal heat transfer and high-quality connections. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the components to achieve exceptional results.

5. Rigorously follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, avoid moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to guarantee a robust and stable connection.

6. Following the connection process, promptly conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld to ensure pipeline integrity and reliability. Securely position the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, expel all air, and verify water tightness to confirm a successful connection.

7. Declare the pipeline engineering construction operational only after passing the final acceptance inspection. This ensures all standards and specifications have been rigorously met, providing a safe and efficient water supply system.
