Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is set at a precise 6 meters. Each conduit is accompanied by three robust pipe sleepers, meticulously maintaining a strategic spacing of 2.0 meters between them. These sleepers are carefully positioned at a reliable distance of 0.5 meters from each joint, ensuring optimal stability.
2. CPVC power protective casings can be expertly installed manually. Ground personnel are tasked with efficiently transferring the pipe materials directly to the skilled construction crew positioned at the trench's bottom. It's imperative to adhere to the safety protocol by prohibiting any rolling of pipes into the groove.
3. Should there be a need for length modifications on the CPVC power protective casings, employ precision mechanical tools for a seamless cut. Ensure the cut stays perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, delivering a flawlessly smooth and flat surface that speaks to quality.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connections of the CPVC power protective casing are achieved with precision using either socket or interface methods, ensuring a secure and robust link.
2. Carefully mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a clear indication of the intended insertion length. After inserting into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for guaranteed reliability.
3. Before embarking on the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, diligently clear any soil or attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This meticulous cleaning facilitates an impeccable connection and ensures a watertight seal, effectively preventing leaks.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling promptly following the successful acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This timely action is crucial to prevent any potential damage resulting from prolonged exposure of the pipeline to environmental elements.
2. Assure that the CPVC power protective casing is surrounded by backfill with soft soil, providing the essential support and protection required.
3. To maintain control and precision, ensure that the backfilling of soil into the ditch is performed manually. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to uphold the integrity of the operation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must be uncompromising, meeting the design-specified density requirements to ensure durability and reliability of the installation.
