Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduits is precisely 6 meters. Each conduit comes equipped with 3 sets of durable pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters from each joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be efficiently installed by hand. Ground personnel should responsibly transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom, strictly avoiding rolling pipes into the groove to maintain structural integrity.

3. When length adjustments are necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical cutting tools. Ensure that each cut is perpendicular to the pipe axis, providing a smooth and flat surface for a perfect fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are made using reliable socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure fit.

2. Clearly mark the connection surface of the CPVC power conduit to indicate the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, double-check that the insertion indicator is precise and properly aligned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection, preventing water leakage and ensuring durability.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Prompt backfilling prevents damage due to the pipeline being exposed for extended periods.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Carefully perform manual backfilling of soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the density requirements specified in the design for optimal performance and longevity.
