Installation Instructions

1. For the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking techniques to ensure unparalleled performance and enduring durability. It is imperative to avoid screw connections or bonding methods, as they significantly undermine the pipeline's integrity and robustness. Execute each connection using precision-engineered tools specifically designed for polyethylene water supply pipelines. Refrain from using open flames during the connection process to avert potential damage and promote safety.

2. Ensure all polyethylene pipes are connected using PE pipes and fittings from identical brand, material, and SDR rating to guarantee seamless compatibility and dependable reliability. Before initiating the connection process, perform a thorough quality test to ensure the standards are met, which will secure a durable and long-lasting pipeline system.

3. To achieve an impeccable and efficient connection when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends. Seal pipe openings at the conclusion of each work session to prevent any contamination. After completing the connection, inspect the interface immediately to certify it is secure and flawless.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth to ensure optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. Rigorously adhere to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machines and the pipes and fittings to achieve exemplary results.

5. Abide by the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as detailed by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these crucial periods, it is essential not to disturb the connecting parts to ensure a robust and stable joint.

6. Following the connection, it is imperative to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. This step ensures the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, eliminate all air pockets, and then thoroughly check for watertightness to verify a successful connection.

7. The pipeline engineering construction is only considered operational once it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring all standards and specifications are fulfilled, thereby delivering a secure and efficient water supply system.
