Installation Instructions

1. For the flawless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively utilize the cutting-edge electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Avoid screw connections or bonding at all costs. Execute each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection with precision using specialized tools. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process, ensuring utmost safety and quality.

2. Ensure seamless connectivity with polyethylene pipes by using PE pipes and fittings of identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to commencing the connection, conduct a thorough test to confirm the quality meets the stringent required standards.

3. Maintain impeccable pipe ends when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to prevent contamination. Immediately inspect the interface upon completing the connection to ensure a secure fit.

4. Both before and after performing precise hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Strictly adhere to the heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to guarantee optimal results.

5. Follow the exact pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these crucial periods, it is imperative not to move or apply any pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a robust connection.

6. Post-connection, it is essential to conduct a rigorous water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and then meticulously check for water tightness to ensure reliability.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be deemed fully operational after successfully passing the comprehensive final acceptance inspection, ensuring every aspect meets the highest standards.
