Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Professional Installation Guide

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduits is 6 meters. Each conduit must be accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, with a spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and a distance of 0.5 meters from each joint to ensure stability and proper alignment.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ensure that ground personnel efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.

3. Should length adjustments be required for the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools to cut the pipes. It is imperative that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a smooth and flat surface for perfect fitting.

 

(2) Seamless CPVC Power Sheath Connection Techniques

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casing are achieved through either socket or interface methods, providing flexibility and reliability.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the insertion length. Upon inserting into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is precise and correctly positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This is crucial for achieving a proper connection and preventing potential water leakage.

 

(3) Expert Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Trench backfilling should only commence after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection and support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure long-term stability and durability.
