Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit, precisely cut to a standard fixed length of 6 meters, is accompanied by 3 pipe sleepers. These sleepers are strategically spaced at 2.0 meters intervals and placed 0.5 meters from each joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be effortlessly installed by hand. Ground personnel should carefully supply the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. Never roll the pipes into the groove to prevent damage.

3. When it's necessary to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, employ precise mechanical cutting tools. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe axis, producing a flawlessly smooth and flat surface.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. For connecting CPVC power protective casings, utilize either socket connections or interface connections, ensuring a secure and tight fit.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the precise insertion length. After insertion into the socket, confirm the accuracy and proper alignment of the insertion indicator.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a secure connection and prevents any potential water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate the trench backfilling process immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Prompt backfilling is crucial to prevent damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Carefully backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to ensure stability.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain precision; using mechanical methods for backfilling is strictly prohibited.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the density requirements specified in the design to provide the necessary support and stability.
