Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Accompanying each conduit are three meticulously designed pipe sleepers, ensuring flawless stability with a precise 2.0-meter spacing between them and perfectly positioned 0.5 meters away from each joint.

2. For the ultimate in efficiency and safety, CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel are tasked with delivering pipe materials to the construction crew securely stationed at the trench's bottom. It is imperative to strictly avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain integrity and safety.

3. Should the need arise for length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, it is essential to utilize mechanical tools for a precise cut. Ensure that the cutting angle is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth, flat surface that guarantees optimal performance.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The CPVC power protective casing connections are expertly crafted using either socket or interface connections, providing a robust and reliable joint.

2. For a seamless connection, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a precise indication of the insertion length. After carefully inserting into the socket, confirm the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for flawless assembly.

3. Before embarking on the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear away any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. (3) Backfill Soil

2. It is vital to backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with carefully selected soft soil, ensuring stability and protection.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch with care and attention; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must rigorously meet the density requirements specified by the design to ensure optimal performance and long-term durability.
