To ensure safety and prevent any damage, avoid using open flames during the connection process.

2. For the utmost compatibility and reliability, connect polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that are of identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Before initiating the connection, execute a thorough quality test to certify that all components meet the stipulated standards, guaranteeing a secure and enduring pipeline.

3. In the process of joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, it's crucial to maintain immaculate pipe ends for a seamless and efficient connection. Protect pipe openings with temporary seals at the end of each work session to avert contamination. After completing the connection, conduct an immediate thorough inspection of the interface to ensure it is secure and devoid of defects.

4. For the hot melt butt welding process, it is vital to meticulously cleanse the heating plate both before and after use with a clean cotton cloth. 7. Only upon successful passage of the final acceptance inspection can the pipeline engineering construction be considered operational. This inspection ensures that all standards and specifications are met, providing a safe and highly effective water supply system.
