Installation Instructions

 

(1) Strategic CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Our CPVC power conduit comes in a precise standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is meticulously paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers. These sleepers are strategically positioned 0.5 meters away from each joint to ensure stability and durability.

2. CPVC power protective casings boast a user-friendly manual installation process. Ground personnel are responsible for efficiently transferring the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. For the safety and integrity of the installation, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.

3. Should any length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, precision is key. Use mechanical tools to achieve a clean cut, ensuring the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow. This will result in a smooth, flat surface, optimizing fit and function.

 

(2) Seamless CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connecting CPVC power protective casings is straightforward and can be accomplished using either socket or interface connections, designed for reliability and ease of use.

2. To ensure a secure connection, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to indicate the insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurately positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is crucial to clear any soil or attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This step is essential to facilitate a proper connection and to prevent potential water leakage.

 

(3) Meticulous Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Trench backfilling should initiate promptly once the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. This prompt action helps avoid potential damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. It is vital to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, which provides necessary protection and support.
3. Manually filling the backfilling soil into the ditch is required. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to ensure precision and care in the process.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to design-specified density requirements to guarantee the stability and longevity of the installation.
