Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is an optimal 6 meters. Each conduit is complemented by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them strategically 0.5 meters away from the joint for maximum stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings offer the convenience of manual installation. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Absolutely avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain structural integrity.

3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure a clean, perpendicular cut to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in a smooth and flawless surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are crafted using either reliable socket or interface connections.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an indication of the exact insertion length. Post-insertion into the socket, confirm that the insertion indicator is accurate and securely positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly accepted. Execute prompt backfilling to prevent potential damage from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Assure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft, accommodating soil.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; strict prohibition on mechanical backfilling ensures proper compaction and avoids damage.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet stringent design-specified density requirements to ensure long-term stability and integrity.
