Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a convenient standard fixed length of 6 meters. It's expertly paired with 3 sets of strategically placed pipe sleepers, ensuring a stable configuration with an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between each. These sleepers are meticulously positioned 0.5 meters away from the joint to enhance stability and support.

2. For ease of installation, CPVC power protective casings can be manually assembled. Ground personnel are responsible for efficiently transferring the pipe materials to the dedicated construction crew waiting at the trench's base. Care must be taken to avoid rolling pipes into the groove to prevent any potential damage.

3. Should you require length adjustments for the CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools for precise cutting. It's crucial that the cut remains perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, guaranteeing a smooth, flat surface for optimal performance.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The CPVC power protective casing connections are seamlessly executed using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a robust and secure fit for long-lasting performance.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a precise indication of the required insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, it's essential to verify the accuracy of the insertion indicator to confirm it is correctly positioned for optimal connectivity.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, carefully clear the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior of any soil or attachments. This diligently prepares the surfaces, ensuring a proper fit and effectively preventing any risk of water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling is to commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has received formal acceptance. Timely backfilling is crucial to prevent any damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the CPVC power protective casing is surrounded by soft soil during backfilling. This careful consideration provides gentle yet effective support, safeguarding the integrity of the installation.
3. For precision and to avoid any potential mishaps, manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch. Mechanical backfilling is strongly discouraged to ensure the integrity and stability of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must be in strict compliance with the design-specified density requirements to ensure the durability and reliability of the installation.
