The connection modes for our HDPE double-wall bellows, as well as for b and c tubes, span a spectrum of advanced mechanical and thermal fusion techniques. Key methods include the precision-driven butt fusion, the innovative electrical fusion, the seamless socket fusion, alongside the versatile flange adapter connection and the reliable compression connection. Each method ensures a robust and leak-free system.

1. For optimal performance, the pipeline should rest upon a meticulously prepared earth arc. In areas with regular soil conditions, lay a foundational layer of medium coarse sand, 100mm thick, directly on undisturbed soil or a thoroughly compacted backfill foundation beneath the pipe's base. In cases of suboptimal soil quality, utilize a sand gravel base of at least 200mm thickness, which may be layered: the base layer composed of 5~32mm gravel, 100~150mm thick, capped with coarse sand not less than 50mm thick. The base density must align with Table 2 standards. For soft soil foundations, if the original soil's bearing capacity falls short due to design requirements or external factors like construction-related precipitation, leading to foundation disturbance, fortify the foundation first. Only after achieving the specified bearing capacity can the medium coarse sand foundation layer be implemented.

2. To ensure stability, the axillary corner within the designed earth arc foundation's supporting angle must be carefully backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling extent should surpass the supporting angle 2α by at least 30. Furthermore, the backfilling compactness must adhere to the technical regulations for optimal structural integrity.

3. As you commence the pipeline foundation process, ensure that grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections are meticulously dug in tandem with pipeline laying. Tailor the groove's length, width, and depth to the specific dimensions of the pipe joints. Once the joint is seamlessly completed, immediately backfill with medium coarse sand to maintain density and structural integrity.

4. In sections prone to longitudinal uneven settlement, caused by factors such as pipeline load shifts or ground soil variations, it is crucial to reinforce the foundation prior to laying the pipeline. This preemptive measure ensures long-term stability and resilience of your drainage system.
For the foundation treatment of polyethylene drainage pipes, prioritize the use of composite foundation techniques such as sand piles or stone piles. Avoid rigid foundation methods like driven piles or concrete pads, which may not adapt as effectively to environmental dynamics.
