Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit should be equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers, and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joints for optimal support.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel must efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew situated at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage and misalignment.

3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, resulting in a smooth and flat surface that guarantees a seamless connection.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are achieved via socket or interface connections, ensuring robust and stable joins.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit with an indication of the insertion length. Upon inserting into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned to maintain system integrity.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage, maintaining the system's reliability.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Backfilling promptly prevents potential damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide necessary support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to avoid damaging the pipeline; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited.
4. The backfill soil quality must adhere to design-specified density requirements to ensure the durability and stability of the pipeline installation.
