Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe segment must undergo a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with product standards. Pipes that do not meet these standards are strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. When transporting pipes, ensure they are lifted and placed with care. Dragging, rolling, or using heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment to move pipes in the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure trenches remain dry during pipe laying. Dig trenches concurrently with pipe laying, adjusting the trench length according to the interface length. The trench depth should be between 50-100mm, and the width must exceed the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately after completing the interface, backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand.

4. When cutting pipes to the required length, employ mechanical cutting methods. The cut surface must be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. Utilize appropriate pipe fittings when altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Do not create connections by drilling holes into pipes and fittings.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope in the design requirements. Ensure that the elevation error does not exceed the national standard specified in GB 50268, the "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering."

7. Use fusion connections and flange connections, especially in low ambient temperatures or when nearing the minimum allowed temperature. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other accessories of connecting parts to ensure they are free of soil, water, and impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion measures based on the site’s soil quality and relevant standards.
