Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation Guide

1. For CPVC power conduits, maintain a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit should be paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, with a precise 2.0 meters spacing between them, and position the sleepers 0.5 meters from each joint.

2. For manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, ensure ground personnel efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the bottom of the trench. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.

3. When length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure cuts are perpendicular to the pipe's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for optimal performance.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection Protocol

1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using either socket or interface connections, ensuring secure and stable joins.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the precise insertion length. After inserting into the socket, verify the insertion indicator for accuracy and correct positioning.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a secure connection and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Soil Backfill Procedures
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been inspected and accepted. Timely backfilling is essential to prevent any damage from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to maintain structural integrity.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the trench, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the specified density requirements outlined in the design for optimal support and stability.
