Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard, robust fixed length of 6 meters. For optimal support, each conduit is accompanied by 3 strategically placed pipe sleepers, maintaining a balanced spacing of 2.0 meters apart, and ensuring stability by situating them 0.5 meters from the joint.

2. For manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, ensure ground personnel efficiently transfer the pipe materials directly to the construction crew stationed at the trench's base, while strictly avoiding rolling the pipes into the groove to maintain precision and safety.

3. Should adjustments in the CPVC power protective casings' length be necessary, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure each cut is made perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in an impeccably smooth and flat surface, ready for flawless integration.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. For connecting CPVC power protective casings, choose between a socket or interface connection, offering flexibility and reliability in achieving a secure fit.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection with an insertion length indicator. Post insertion into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and correct placement of the insertion indicator to ensure seamless alignment.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove any soil or loose attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the interior of the rubber ring. This thorough cleaning ensures an immaculate connection, effectively preventing water leakage and enhancing durability.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has achieved acceptance status. Expedite backfilling to protect the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure.
2. Carefully backfill the surroundings of the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil, ensuring gentle coverage that respects the integrity of the installation.
3. Employ manual methods to fill backfilling soil into the ditch with precision and care, strictly avoiding mechanical backfilling to preserve the structural integrity of the installation.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the rigorous design-specified density requirements, securing the quality and durability of the installation.
