Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit, with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, requires precise placement using exactly 3 sets of pipe sleepers. These should be strategically spaced 2.0 meters apart, ensuring that the initial sleeper is located 0.5 meters from each joint to guarantee a secure and stable installation.

2. For the manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, ground personnel must carefully transport the pipe material to the construction team situated at the trench's base. Under no circumstances should the pipes be rolled into the groove, ensuring both safety and structural integrity.

3. In instances where length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings are necessary, it is imperative to utilize mechanical tools for precise cutting. The cut must be executed perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, achieving a smooth, flat surface that ensures optimal functionality and performance.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. To ensure robust and reliable CPVC power protective casing connections, either socket or interface connections should be employed, tailored to meet the specific needs of your project.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection with an insertion length indicator. Post-insertion into the socket, double-check that this indicator is both accurate and properly situated to ensure a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove any soil or foreign attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This critical step facilitates proper connectivity and prevents the risk of water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Swift backfilling is essential to prevent potential damage caused by the prolonged exposure of the pipeline to external elements.
2. It's crucial to backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to maintain system integrity and prevent damage.
3. Perform manual backfilling of the soil into the ditch, strictly prohibiting the use of mechanical equipment, to ensure precision and prevent damage to the infrastructure.
4. Ensure the backfill soil quality strictly adheres to design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing the stability and durability of the installation.
