Each connection demands the use of specialized tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Additionally, refrain from using open flames for any heating purposes during the connection process, guaranteeing safety and reliability.

2. Ensure seamless connectivity by using polyethylene pipes in conjunction with PE pipes and fittings that match in brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to initiating the connection, conduct rigorous testing to confirm the quality aligns with the highest industry standards, paving the way for a robust and reliable pipeline system.

3. Attain impeccable union of polyethylene water supply pipelines by maintaining pristine pipe ends. Every work session should end with a temporary sealing of the pipe openings, preserving the integrity of the system. Upon completing each connection, an immediate inspection of the interface is necessary to assure seamless integration and optimal functionality.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth to maintain operational efficiency. Adherence to the heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, pipes, and fittings is crucial for achieving strong and durable connections.

5. Respect the established pressure holding and cooling durations prescribed by the equipment and pipe manufacturers for hot melt butt welding.
