Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit boasts a reliable standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring consistent installation. Each conduit is paired with three robust sets of pipe sleepers, perfectly spaced at 2.0 meters apart, with each sleeper strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal stability.
2. Enjoy ease of installation with CPVC power protective casings, which can be manually positioned. Ground personnel are tasked with efficiently transferring pipe materials to the dedicated construction crew located at the trench's bottom. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain quality and safety.
3. When length adjustments are required for CPVC power protective casings, make precise cuts using mechanical tools. Ensure each cut is made perpendicularly to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in a flawlessly smooth and flat surface for seamless integration.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Seamless CPVC power protective casing connections are achieved through either socket or interface methods, providing flexibility and reliability in every installation.
2. Ensure precision by marking the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the designated insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, double-check that the insertion indicator is accurately aligned and properly positioned for optimal connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This crucial step facilitates a secure connection and effectively prevents water leakage, ensuring long-term performance.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent potential damage caused by prolonged pipeline exposure, safeguarding the integrity of your installation.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide gentle support and protection.
3. Embrace a hands-on approach with manual filling of backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the quality of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to design-specified density requirements, ensuring a firm and reliable foundation for the entire system.

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost.
