1. Our CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring each section comes with 3 resilient pipe sleepers. These sleepers are meticulously spaced at 2.0 meters apart and strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint, delivering optimal support and stability.
2. Enjoy seamless manual installation of the CPVC power protective casings. Efficiently coordinate with ground personnel to hand over the pipe materials to the trench crew. We strictly advise against rolling pipes into the groove to preserve their structural integrity.
3. When it’s time to adjust the length of CPVC power protective casings, rely on precise mechanical tools for an impeccable cut. Aim for a perpendicular cut relative to the pipe pillow’s axis for a smooth, flat surface, ensuring perfect fit and alignment.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve a secure and lasting connection for CPVC power protective casings with our robust socket or interface connections, designed to withstand the test of time.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with an insertion length indicator. Post-insertion, confirm the indicator's accuracy and position to verify a foolproof, secure connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure meticulous cleaning of any soil or residues from the pipe socket’s exterior and the rubber ring’s interior. This thorough preparation guarantees a snug connection and effectively wards off any potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Expedite trench backfilling immediately following acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling shields the pipeline from extended exposure, safeguarding its durability and longevity.
2. Guarantee the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is cushioned with soft soil, offering ample support and stability.
3. Opt for manual precision when backfilling soil into the ditch; exercise strict prohibition against mechanical backfilling to avert any potential damage to the installation.
4. Validate that the backfill soil quality adheres to design-specified density requirements, establishing a robust and secure foundation for the pipeline.
