Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The standard fixed length for the CPVC power conduit is a robust 6 meters. Each powerful conduit is diligently paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between these essential supports. They are strategically positioned 0.5 meters away from each joint to ensure stability and security.
2. CPVC power protective casings, renowned for their resilience, can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel are tasked with the careful transfer of pipe material to the dedicated construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is crucial to note that rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to safeguard the integrity of the installation.
3. Should length adjustments become necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, the use of precise mechanical tools is recommended for cutting. Ensure that cuts are perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and meticulously flat surface.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. CPVC power protective casing connections are seamlessly made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a tight, secure fit.
2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a clear indication of the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, double-check to ensure that the insertion indicator is accurate and precisely positioned for optimal performance.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is essential to meticulously clear away any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This careful preparation facilitates a proper, leak-proof connection.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence promptly following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This timely action helps to avoid potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is thoughtfully backfilled with soft soil, providing gentle support.
3. For ultimate precision, manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch with care; note, mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must rigorously meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure lasting stability and performance.

For small quantity products, they will be delivered by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, you will receive the goods within 3-5 days after dispatch. Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost.
