Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. To ensure stability and safety, each conduit is equipped with three sets of pipe sleepers. These sleepers are meticulously spaced at 2.0 meters apart, with an ideal positioning of 0.5 meters from the joint, ensuring a seamless installation process.
2. For the manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, it is essential that ground personnel efficiently transfer the pipe material directly to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is strictly forbidden to roll the pipes into the groove, ensuring safety and maintaining the integrity of the installation.
3. Should there be a need for length adjustments to the CPVC power protective casings, always utilize mechanical tools to achieve precise cutting. It is crucial that cuts are made perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow to ensure a smooth and flat surface, guaranteeing optimal fitting and function.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. The connections of CPVC power protective casings are expertly crafted using either socket or interface connections. Each method is designed to ensure robust and reliable connectivity.
2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the designated insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, it is vital to confirm that the insertion indicator is accurate and perfectly positioned, ensuring a secure and precise connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This careful preparation facilitates a flawless connection and effectively prevents water leakage, ensuring durability and performance.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted to prevent any potential damage from prolonged exposure. This ensures the continued protection and functional integrity of the pipeline.
2. It is crucial that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil. This practice ensures protection and support for the installed pipeline.
3. Ensure that the backfilling of soil into the ditch is performed manually. The use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the structural integrity and safety of the trench.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must align with the design-specified density requirements to ensure stability and longevity of the installation. Adhering to these specifications is essential for optimal performance.
