1. Our CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is meticulously equipped with 3 robust pipe sleepers, precisely spaced at 2.0 meters apart. These sleepers are strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint, offering unparalleled support and stability.
2. The seamless installation of CPVC power protective casings can be expertly performed manually. Ground personnel should smoothly and efficiently pass the pipe material to the construction team stationed at the base of the trench. To preserve the pipe's integrity, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.
3. When adjusting the lengths of CPVC power protective casings, it is crucial to employ reliable mechanical tools for a precise and clean cut. Ensure the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, achieving a smooth and flawless surface for an impeccable fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. For a secure and lasting performance, connect CPVC power protective casings using our robust socket or interface connections, designed to offer unmatched durability.
2. Clearly delineate the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indicator. After insertion into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and proper placement of the indicator to ensure a firmly secure connection.
3. Prior to the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This thorough preparation is essential for achieving a proper connection and eliminating any potential for water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring the pipeline's maximum longevity.
2. Confirm that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing essential cushioning and steadfast support.
3. Manually introduce backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain complete control and precision; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avert any potential damage to the installation.
4. Verify that the backfill soil quality adheres to the design-specified density requirements, ensuring a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline.
