Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The standard fixed length for our CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is equipped with 3 resilient and durable pipe sleepers, strategically arranged with a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between them. This ensures that they are placed 0.5 meters from the joints, providing optimal support and stability.
2. CPVC power protective casings can be effortlessly and seamlessly installed manually. Ground personnel should efficiently and carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to preserve the material's integrity and ensure a flawless installation.
3. For length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools to achieve a precise and smooth cut. Ensure the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface that facilitates a flawless fit and connection.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using robust and durable socket or interface connections, meticulously designed for secure, efficient, and long-lasting performance.
2. Clearly and accurately mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indication. After insertion into the socket, carefully verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator to ensure a secure and reliable connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This thorough preparation ensures a proper and precise connection, effectively preventing any potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been duly accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to prevent damage from prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring the pipeline's longevity and durability.
2. Ensure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate cushioning and support, safeguarding the integrity of the installation.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain control and precision. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any potential damage to the meticulous installation.
4. Ensure the quality of the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements, providing a stable, secure, and reliable foundation for the pipeline.
