Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit is precisely designed with a standard fixed length of 6 meters. For optimal support, each conduit pairs seamlessly with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, strategically maintaining a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them precisely 0.5 meters from the joint, ensuring stability and reliability.
2. The CPVC power protective casings offer the flexibility of manual installation. Ground personnel are responsible for delivering the pipe material to the dedicated construction crew stationed at the trench's base. Importantly, rolling pipes directly into the groove is strictly forbidden to maintain the integrity of the installation.
3. Should any length adjustments be required for the CPVC power protective casings, high-quality mechanical tools must be employed to achieve a precise cut. This cut must be perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, ensuring the resulting surface is flawlessly smooth and flat for a perfect fit.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connections of the CPVC power protective casing are expertly achieved using either socket or interface connections, offering versatility and robustness in assembly.
2. It's crucial to mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection accurately, indicating the exact insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, confirm that the insertion indicator is perfectly accurate and properly aligned, guaranteeing a secure fit.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or foreign attachments from the outer surface of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This preparation is vital to ensure a flawless connection and to avert potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. Timely backfilling is essential to prevent any damage that could result from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Carefully ensure that the space surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is filled with soft soil, providing gentle support.
3. The process of backfilling soil into the ditch must be conducted manually with great care; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to the density requirements specified in the design to guarantee long-term durability and stability.
