1. Our CPVC power conduit comes with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, showcasing exceptional durability and support. Each conduit is equipped with 3 robust pipe sleepers, precisely spaced at 2.0 meters apart, and strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint. This meticulous arrangement ensures optimal support and stability for your infrastructure needs.
2. Our CPVC power protective casings can be effortlessly installed manually, ensuring seamless integration into your project. Ground personnel are advised to efficiently hand over the pipe material to the construction team at the trench's base. To safeguard the integrity of the pipes, rolling them into the groove is strictly prohibited.
3. For precise length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings, utilize dependable mechanical tools to ensure a clean cut. The cut must be perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface. This precision facilitates a flawless fit and seamless connection in your installation.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connect CPVC power protective casings with robust socket or interface connections, engineered for secure and long-lasting performance. This ensures a steadfast and reliable assembly, meeting the highest standards of safety and durability.
2. The surface of the CPVC power conduit connection should be clearly marked with the insertion length indication. After insertion into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator is accurately positioned. This verification step guarantees a secure and precise connection, enhancing the reliability of your installation.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This thorough preparation is crucial for establishing a proper connection and preventing any potential water leakage, ensuring the longevity and effectiveness of your system.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately upon acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This prompt action is key to preventing damage from prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring the durability and longevity of your pipeline installation.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil. This provides essential cushioning and stability, safeguarding the integrity and performance of your installation.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain superior control and precision. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any potential damage to the carefully installed infrastructure.
4. Ensure the backfill soil quality aligns with the design-specified density requirements. This adherence guarantees a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline, contributing to the system's overall reliability and performance.
