Installation Instructions
1. Experience the utmost reliability in your buried polyethylene water supply pipeline installations by employing electric fusion welding and cutting-edge hot melt docking methods exclusively. Enhance safety and quality by strictly avoiding screw connections and bonding. Utilize specialized tools for every type of connection to ensure precision. Keep the process flame-free for optimal safety and performance.
2. For seamless connections, ensure the use of PE pipes and fittings with matching brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to connection, conduct a comprehensive test to verify that quality standards are not just met, but exceeded, guaranteeing a robust and flawless setup.
3. Achieve pristine connections by keeping pipe ends immaculate. At the end of each work session, diligently seal the pipe openings to maintain quality. Promptly inspect the interface post-connection to secure a flawless and reliable joint.
4. Achieve superior hot melt butt welding results by meticulously cleaning the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth both before and after the procedure. Follow the precise heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of your hot melt butt welding machines and complementary pipes and fittings to guarantee optimal results.
5. Adhere to the recommended pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as specified by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these crucial periods, ensure no movement or pressure is applied to the connecting parts to maintain the integrity and strength of the weld.
6. Following the connection, conduct a rigorous water pressure test to confirm the pipeline's resilience. Perform this assessment within just 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. To ensure precise results, secure the pipeline and expose the joints before starting the hydrostatic test. Thoroughly fill the pipeline with water, expel any air, and check for impeccable water tightness.
7. Celebrate the success of your pipeline engineering construction as operational only after it passes the final acceptance inspection, confirming its readiness for dependable performance.
