Installation Instructions
In the meticulous installation process of the MPP power cable protection tube, the connection method stands as a pivotal element. Selecting the correct and appropriate connection technique is crucial to ensuring the reliable and seamless operation of the power piping system. This section elucidates various common connection methods for MPP power cable protection tubes, helping you understand the unique characteristics and application scenarios of each method.
01. Before installation, ensure the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine meet the required welding standards. Conduct a dry run test on the milling cutter and oil pump switch. Fit the slips matching the pipe specifications into the rack. Adjust the heating plate to the designated welding temperature, and clean its surface with soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains before heating.
02. Clear any dirt from both pipe ends. Position the pipe in the frame clamp so that the extensions at both ends are equal, with the external parts supported appropriately. Align the pipe height with the frame's centerline, then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter to mill the pipe.
03. Mill the pipe until continuous cutting is observed at both pipe ends. Release the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two to three cycles before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
04. Remove the milling cutter and bring the pipe ends together. Inspect the end face alignment; the displacement at both ends should not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When closing, ensure there is no significant gap, with the gap width adhering to 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.
05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends curl to the minimum specified height. Reduce the pressure to the designated value to allow the end face of the pipe to contact the heating plate, maintaining heat until the specified time is reached.
06.Upon reaching the specified heat absorption time, retract the movable frame and swiftly remove the heating plate. Close the pipe ends rapidly, ensuring the switching time is minimal and does not exceed the specified limit. Avoid excessive closing pressure to prevent squeezing out molten material and compromising welding quality.
07.Raise the pressure to the specified value and maintain it for cooling. Allow the pipe to cool naturally to room temperature before releasing the pressure, loosening the slip, and removing the pipe, thus completing the welding process.

How long is your delivery time? For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) or by air. Usually, it will take 3-5 days for you to receive the goods after dispatch. For large quantity products, they are delivered by sea. The transit time ranges from days to weeks, depending on the destination port.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you need to pay for freight and a portion of the product cost. After establishing a long-term partnership or becoming our VIP customer, we will provide free samples upon request.
