These sleepers are meticulously placed at a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters, with strategic positioning just 0.5 meters from the joint. This ensures superior stability and unwavering support, making it a testament to precision engineering.
2. Achieve seamless installation of CPVC power protective casings with ease as they are designed for manual handling. Efficiently transfer pipe materials to the construction crew at the trench bottom, avoiding any rolling to maintain the structural integrity of the pipes.
3. When adjusting the length of CPVC power protective casings, employ high-quality mechanical tools for precise cuts. Ensure cuts are perfectly perpendicular to the pipe's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface that guarantees a perfect fit and enhances the overall efficiency of the installation.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve unmatched connection strength by using robust socket or interface connections for CPVC power protective casings, ensuring exceptional durability and lasting performance.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connections with precise insertion length indicators. Post-insertion, verify the accuracy and alignment of these indicators to guarantee a secure and reliable connection.

2. Use soft soil for backfilling around the CPVC power protective casing, providing essential cushioning and support, which contributes to the durability and stability of the overall installation.
3. Manually fill soil back into the ditch with precision and control, as mechanical backfilling is strictly avoided to prevent any potential damage to the installation.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil quality adheres strictly to design-specified density requirements, thereby creating a stable and secure foundation that upholds the integrity of the pipeline.
