(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit boasts a standardized length of 6 meters, precisely crafted for efficiency. Each conduit includes 3 robust pipe sleepers, meticulously spaced at 2.0 meters apart, and strategically positioned 0.5 meters from each joint, ensuring optimal support and stability.
2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually with ease. Ground personnel should expertly deliver pipe materials to the crew stationed at the trench's base, as rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain their integrity and performance.
3. When altering the length of CPVC power protective casings, employ precise mechanical tools for the perfect cut. Ensure the cut aligns perpendicularly with the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth, flat surface for an impeccable fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Employ robust socket or interface connections to link CPVC power protective casings, crafted for a secure and enduring performance.
2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the designated insertion length indicator. Post-insertion into the socket, confirm the precision and alignment of the insertion indicator, ensuring a steadfast connection.
3. Before connecting, meticulously clean any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This thorough preparation is crucial for a flawless connection and to avert potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Swift backfilling shields the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure, thereby enhancing its longevity.
2. Ensure the CPVC power protective casing is surrounded by soft soil during backfilling, providing essential cushioning and support.
3. Backfill the trench manually to maintain precision and control; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent installation damage.
4. Confirm that the quality of backfill soil complies with design-specified density requirements, establishing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline.
