Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit is crafted in a standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring seamless integration in any construction project. Each conduit features 3 robust pipe sleepers that are thoughtfully positioned 2.0 meters apart, with strategic placement of 0.5 meters from the joint, ensuring unparalleled support and stability.
2. Experience the ease of seamless manual installation for CPVC power protective casings. Ground personnel are encouraged to efficiently transfer the pipe materials to the construction team at the trench's base. To preserve the structural integrity of the pipes, rolling them into the groove is strictly forbidden.
3. When adjustments in length are required for CPVC power protective casings, employ dependable mechanical tools for precise cuts. Ensure that each cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, producing a smooth and flat surface that guarantees a perfect and flawless fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve secure and enduring connections with CPVC power protective casings, utilizing robust socket or interface connections designed to deliver unmatched performance and reliability.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with insertion length indicators. Upon socket insertion, meticulously verify the accuracy and alignment of the indicator, ensuring a secure and precise connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This thorough preparation is crucial to ensure a proper connection and effectively prevent potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling mitigates risks from prolonged exposure, safeguarding the pipeline's longevity and integrity.
2. Ensure the CPVC power protective casing is surrounded by soft soil backfill, delivering essential cushioning and robust support.
3. Perform manual backfilling of soil into the ditch for enhanced control and precision. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any installation damage and to maintain the precision of the setup.
4. Verify that the quality of the backfill soil meets design-specified density requirements, establishing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline, thereby ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
