Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit features a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each is equipped with 3 robust pipe sleepers meticulously spaced at 2.0 meters apart. Additionally, sleepers are strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint to ensure optimal support and stability.
2. CPVC power protective casings are remarkably easy to install manually. Ground personnel are advised to efficiently transfer pipe materials to the construction team positioned at the trench's bottom. Please ensure not to roll pipes into the groove in order to preserve their structural integrity.
3. When length adjustments are necessary for CPVC power protective casings, utilize dependable mechanical tools for precision cutting. Ensure cuts are perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, creating a smooth, flat surface that guarantees a perfect fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Establish connections between CPVC power protective casings using strong socket or interface connections designed for enduring, secure performance.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with an insertion length indicator. After insertion, verify the accuracy and proper alignment of the indicator to confirm a secure and reliable connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clean any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This thorough preparation ensures a proper connection and prevents potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project approval to prevent damage from prolonged exposure, thereby enhancing the pipeline's durability and longevity.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide sufficient cushioning and support, maintaining the integrity of the installation.
3. Conduct backfilling manually to ensure precise control and avoid potential damage, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to protect the installation.
4. Confirm that the backfill soil quality complies with the design-specified density requirements, thus offering a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline.
