Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit, with its robust standard fixed length of 6 meters, is meticulously installed with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. These are strategically placed at 2.0-meter intervals, ensuring stability, and positioned 0.5 meters away from each joint to maintain precision and structural integrity.
2. Our CPVC power protective casings offer a seamless, manual installation process. With efficiency in mind, ground personnel should deliver the pipe materials directly to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. Please adhere strictly to safety protocols by not rolling pipes into the groove.
3. Should there be a necessity for adjusting the lengths of the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools to execute precise cuts. Ensure that each cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, delivering a smooth, flawless, and flat surface for optimal connection.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Experience secure and reliable connectivity with CPVC power protective casing connections via either the socket or interface method, designed for your convenience and peace of mind.
2. Accurately mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with an indication of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, meticulously confirm that the insertion indicator is correctly positioned for a perfect fit.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure all soil and attachments are thoroughly cleared from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This process is crucial for facilitating an impeccable connection and effectively preventing water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Embark on trench backfilling promptly following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This proactive approach prevents potential damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline, ensuring its longevity and reliability.
2. It is essential to backfill around the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to support the structure and prevent damage.
3. Backfill with care by manually filling the ditch with soil; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the infrastructure.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements to uphold the structural standards and longevity of your installation.

For small quantity products, they will be delivered by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, you will receive the goods within 3-5 days after dispatch. For larger quantities, products will be shipped by sea. The duration will vary from days to weeks based on the destination port.

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost.
