Installation Instructions
1. For the flawless installation of our buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, employ only electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods to achieve unmatched performance and durability. These specialized techniques are essential, as alternatives like screw connections or bonding can severely compromise the pipeline's structural integrity and strength. Each connection requires precision, using dedicated tools crafted specifically for such tasks. Refrain from using open flames during the connection process to preserve the pipeline's quality and ensure the utmost safety.
2. Polyethylene pipes must be seamlessly joined using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating to achieve unparalleled compatibility and reliability. Before initiating the connection process, it is vital to conduct comprehensive quality tests to ensure they meet the stringent required standards, thus guaranteeing a secure and enduring pipeline.
3. When connecting polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends for flawless and efficient connections. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to prevent any contamination. Upon completing the connection, conduct an immediate inspection of the interface to confirm its security and defect-free state.
4. Both prior to and following hot melt butt welding, rigorously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth to guarantee optimal heat transfer and exceptional connection quality. Adhering meticulously to the heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the welding machine as well as the pipes and fittings is crucial for achieving the best results.
5. Adhere to the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding, as outlined by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is imperative that the connecting parts remain undisturbed and free from pressure to ensure a robust and stable connection.
6. After completing the connection, it is absolutely essential to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of the hot-melt weld to verify the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Ensure the pipeline is securely anchored, exposing the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, expel all air, and check for water tightness to confirm the success of the connection.
7. The pipeline engineering project can only be considered operational once it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that all standards and specifications are met for a safe and efficient water supply system.

Absolutely, samples are available. For standard products, samples are complimentary; you only need to cover the shipping costs. For high-value items, both the product cost and shipping are required.
