1. Our CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters, complete with three robust pipe sleepers. These sleepers are strategically spaced at 2.0 meters apart, precisely positioned 0.5 meters from each joint, ensuring unparalleled support and stability.
2. Seamless manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is both practical and efficient. Ground personnel should skillfully deliver the pipe material to the construction team at the trench's base. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to preserve their structural integrity.
3. When adjusting the lengths of CPVC power protective casings, employ dependable mechanical tools for a precise, clean cut. Ensure the cut remains perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, guaranteeing a smooth, flat surface for an impeccable and snug fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve a formidable and enduring connection of CPVC power protective casings using sturdy socket or interface connections, engineered for maximum security and durability.
2. On the CPVC power conduit, clearly mark the surface to indicate the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, confirm the accuracy and proper alignment of the insertion indicator, ensuring a steadfast and reliable connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear away any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This careful preparation is crucial for establishing a proper connection and eliminating any risk of potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This prompt action prevents damage from prolonged exposure, safeguarding the pipeline's longevity and effectiveness.
2. Strategically backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to ensure adequate cushioning and support, enhancing the overall stability of the installation.
3. Exercise control and precision by manually filling backfilling soil into the trench; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any inadvertent damage to the installation.
4. Verify that the quality of the backfill soil adheres to the design-specified density requirements, securing a stable and reliable foundation for the pipeline's structure.
