1. Our CPVC power conduit stands at a precise standard length of 6 meters. Crafted with utmost precision, each conduit incorporates 3 resilient pipe sleepers strategically placed at 2.0-meter intervals, with a careful 0.5-meter distance from the joint, ensuring unparalleled support and stability during installation.
2. Seamlessly integrate CPVC power protective casings with manual ease. Ground team members expertly relay the pipe material to the construction team stationed at the trench's base. To preserve the pipe's integrity, rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden.
3. Employ precise mechanical tools for any length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings, ensuring cuts are perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, achieving a flawlessly smooth and flat surface for a seamless fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Employ robust socket or interface connections to link CPVC power protective casings, guaranteeing a secure and enduring performance that withstands time.
2. Clearly demarcate the insertion length on the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection. Post-insertion into the socket, verify the indicator’s position for accuracy, ensuring a steadfast and secure connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, diligently remove any soil or foreign attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. Such meticulous preparation ensures a flawless connection, effectively preventing potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project gains acceptance. This timely response protects the pipeline from exposure-induced damage, safeguarding its durability for years to come.
2. Cushion the area around the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil, providing gentle support and ensuring the integrity of the installation.
3. Manually conduct backfilling into the trench to maintain precision and control; avoid mechanical backfilling to prevent potential installation damage.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the specified density requirements outlined in the design, providing a stable and secure foundation that supports the pipeline effectively.
