Installation Instructions
1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to rely solely on electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Refrain from employing screw connections and bonding techniques, as these are not suitable. Utilize only specialized tools for each polyethylene water supply pipeline connection, ensuring no open flames are used during the heating process.
2. Achieve optimal results by connecting polyethylene pipes using components of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to proceeding, execute a comprehensive test to verify the quality aligns with the stringent required standards.
3. Ensure impeccable connection of polyethylene water supply pipelines by maintaining pristine pipe ends. At the close of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings. After each connection, promptly inspect the interface to confirm its integrity.
4. Before and after executing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth. Adhere rigidly to heating time and temperature guidelines as specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, pipes, and fittings.
5. Observe the designated pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding outlined by equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is paramount not to move or exert pressure on the connecting parts, ensuring a flawless bond.
6. Following connection, conduct a rigorous water pressure test on the pipes. Initiate this test within 1 hour post hot-melt weld completion. Securely expose the pipeline joints before the hydrostatic test, fill the pipeline with water, expel any air, and verify the water tightness meticulously.
7. The pipeline engineering construction achieves operational status only upon the successful completion of the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that all standards have been impeccably met.

Absolutely, samples are available. For standard products, samples are complimentary; you only need to cover the shipping costs. For high-value items, both the product cost and shipping are required. We accept T/T or L/C at sight. For T/T, a 30% advance payment is required, with the balance due before shipment or via L/C.
