Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters, each accompanied by 3 reliable, durable pipe sleepers. These sleepers are spaced at an optimal 2.0 meters apart, ensuring impeccable support, with precise placement 0.5 meters from each joint.
2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for effortless manual installation. Ground crew should skillfully transfer these materials to the dedicated construction team at the trench’s base. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to preserve the integrity and durability of the installation.
3. When adjusting the length of CPVC power protective casings, utilize precision mechanical tools for an exact cut. Ensure the cut is at a perfect right angle to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface that guarantees a seamless fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. CPVC power protective casings should be joined using sturdy socket or interface connections, crafted for exceptional security and enduring performance.
2. Clearly indicate the insertion depth on the CPVC power conduit connection. Once inserted into the socket, confirm the precision and correct alignment of the insertion marker to secure the connection firmly.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or debris from the external part of the pipe socket and the inner side of the rubber ring. This careful preparation ensures a perfect connection and helps prevent any potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately upon acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling is crucial to protect against extended exposure risks, safeguarding the pipeline's longevity and integrity.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide superior cushioning and support, enhancing the installation's stability.
3. Manually perform backfilling into the ditch to maintain precision and avoid any damage; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to protect the installation's integrity.
4. Confirm the backfill soil quality meets the specified density requirements in the design specifications, ensuring a stable and secure base for the pipeline's enduring reliability.
