Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit standard comes in a fixed length of 6 meters, thoughtfully designed for precision and reliability. Each conduit is equipped with 3 robust pipe sleepers, consistently spaced at 2.0 meters apart, ensuring they remain 0.5 meters from the joints to offer optimal support and stability.
2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is a seamless task that can be executed manually. Ground personnel are advised to diligently pass the pipe materials to the construction team stationed at the trench's base. To maintain the structural integrity, avoid rolling pipes into the groove.
3. When adjusting the length of CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools for precision cutting. It is crucial that each cut is made perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a smooth, flat surface for a precise and perfect fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Establish robust connections of CPVC power protective casings through durable socket or interface connections, specifically engineered for secure and long-lasting performance.
2. Mark the CPVC power conduit surface clearly with the insertion length indicator. Post-insertion into the socket, it's imperative to verify the correct positioning and accuracy of the indicator to guarantee a secure and steadfast connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure meticulous cleaning of any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This thorough preparation is essential for a proper connection, preventing potential water leakage and ensuring durability.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Start the trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project receives approval. Prompt backfilling is crucial to shield the pipeline from damage due to prolonged exposure, safeguarding its longevity and reliability.
2. It is vital to backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil, providing essential cushioning and support for the installation.
3. Conduct manual backfilling of soil into the ditch to maintain precision and control; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avert potential damage to the installation process.
4. The backfill soil quality must adhere to the design-specified density requirements, forming a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline, ensuring its lasting performance and safety.
