Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit features a standard fixed length of 6 meters, each equipped with 3 highly resilient pipe sleepers. These sleepers are strategically positioned to maintain a precise 2.0-meter spacing and are situated 0.5 meters from the joint, guaranteeing optimal support and stability.
2. Seamlessly install CPVC power protective casings manually. Ensure ground personnel skillfully transfer pipe materials to the construction team at the trench's base. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to preserve the integrity of the installation.
3. For precise length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools. Achieve a cut that is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow for a flawless, smooth surface, ensuring a seamless fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve secure and lasting connections of CPVC power protective casings using robust socket or interface connections, meticulously designed for enduring performance.
2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an insertion length indication. After insertion into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator to ensure a steadfast connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly cleanse any soil or residue from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This meticulous preparation is key to facilitating a proper connection and preventing potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring the pipeline's longevity and durability.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing essential cushioning and support to the installation.
3. Carefully and manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain control and precision. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any potential damage to the installation.
4. Guarantee that the backfill soil quality meets design-specified density requirements, creating a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline, enhancing its durability and integrity.
