Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. For optimal installation of the CPVC power conduit, each 6-meter standard fixed length is meticulously equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. These sleepers are strategically placed 2.0 meters apart, ensuring stability and efficiency, and precisely positioned 0.5 meters away from each joint, delivering superior structural integrity.
2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is manual, demanding careful coordination from ground personnel. The pipe material is to be diligently transferred to the construction team stationed at the trench's base. To safeguard the structural soundness, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden.
3. When alterations in length are required for the CPVC power protective casings, it is imperative to employ mechanical tools for precision cutting. The cut must be executed perpendicularly to the pipe pillow's axis, ensuring a flawlessly smooth and flat surface, which guarantees an exact fit and optimal performance.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. The CPVC power protective casing connections are expertly crafted using either socket or interface connections, offering flexibility and reliability to meet diverse installation requirements.
2. Meticulously mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface to indicate the precise insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, it is essential to verify the indicator for accuracy and proper alignment, ensuring a secure and dependable connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is crucial to meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket exterior and the rubber ring interior. This step is vital to ensuring a flawless connection and prevents any potential water leakage, safeguarding the system's integrity.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling promptly following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This timely action is essential to protecting the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure, ensuring the system's long-term durability and reliability.
2. It is vital to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, thereby providing a cushioned and supportive environment for the pipeline.
3. Strictly adhere to the manual filling of backfill soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is prohibited to prevent any damage and ensure precision placement.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing stability and the utmost protection for the pipeline infrastructure.
