Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduits are designed with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, each accompanied by 3 robust pipe sleepers. These sleepers are meticulously spaced at 2.0 meters apart, with precise placement of 0.5 meters from the joint to ensure optimum support and stability throughout the installation process.
2. The CPVC power protective casings allow for seamless manual installation. To maintain the pipe material's integrity, ground personnel should skillfully hand over the materials to the trench's bottom construction team, avoiding any rolling of pipes into the groove.
3. When adjustments to the CPVC power protective casing length are necessary, employ reliable mechanical tools to achieve a precise, perpendicular cut. This ensures a smooth and even surface, promoting flawless alignment and secure fitting.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Securely connect CPVC power protective casings using robust socket or interface connections. These are meticulously designed to deliver secure, reliable, and long-lasting performance.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit with insertion length indicators. Once inserted into the socket, verify that the indicators are accurately positioned to guarantee a secure and precise connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, diligently clear any soil or residues from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This careful preparation is crucial to facilitate a proper, tight connection and prevent any water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately upon acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring the pipeline's durability.
2. Ensure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, offering the necessary cushioning and support to maintain installation integrity.
3. Manually perform the backfilling of soil into the ditch to maintain full control and precision. Avoid mechanical backfilling to protect the installation from potential damage.
4. Verify that the backfill soil quality adheres to the design-specified density requirements, providing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
