1. Our CPVC power conduits are crafted to a standard fixed length of 6 meters, each accompanied by 3 sturdy pipe sleepers. These sleepers are strategically spaced 2.0 meters apart, with a precise placement of 0.5 meters from each joint. This meticulous arrangement ensures maximum support and reliability.
2. The manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is effortless and seamless. Ground personnel are responsible for swiftly transferring the pipe materials to the construction team at the trench's base. To preserve the integrity of the conduits, rolling them into the trench is strictly prohibited.
3. When length adjustments are necessary for CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools for precision cuts. Each cut must be perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface that guarantees a seamlessly perfect fit for all connections.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Establish robust and enduring connections for CPVC power protective casings using strong socket or interface connections. These connections are engineered for unparalleled security and durability, ensuring long-lasting performance.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection's surface with the insertion length indicator. After socket insertion, confirm the precision and correct positioning of the insertion indicator to guarantee a secure, reliable connection every time.
3. Before proceeding with the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure that the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior are thoroughly cleaned of any soil or attachments. This meticulous preparation ensures a flawless connection, effectively preventing potential water leaks.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately upon the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling is crucial to protect the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure, thus ensuring the system's longevity and resilience.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil. This soft soil provides essential cushioning and support, protecting the installation from damage.
3. Carefully fill the backfilling soil into the ditch manually to maintain precision and control over the placement; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any potential damage to the installation.
4. Verify that the backfill soil quality meets the design-specified density requirements. This adherence ensures a stable, secure foundation for the pipeline, contributing to its durability and reliability.
