Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring uniformity and stability. Each conduit is complemented by 3 strategically placed sets of pipe sleepers. These sleepers are meticulously positioned 2.0 meters apart, with an intentional placement of 0.5 meters from the joint, ensuring optimal support and alignment.
2. CPVC power protective casings offer the convenience of manual installation. Ground personnel are responsible for efficiently transferring the pipe material to the dedicated construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is critical to adhere to safety protocols by strictly avoiding the rolling of pipes into the groove.
3. Should length adjustments become necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, precision is key. Employ mechanical tools for cutting to ensure a clean, perpendicular cut to the axis of the pipe pillow. This meticulous approach guarantees a smooth and flat surface, essential for a perfect fit.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Establishing connections for the CPVC power protective casing is a seamless process, utilizing either state-of-the-art socket or interface connections. This flexibility ensures a reliable and secure linkage.
2. To ensure precision, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a clear indication of the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator, ensuring a flawless fit.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is imperative to ensure cleanliness. Thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This meticulous preparation facilitates a perfect connection and effectively prevents any potential for water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling is a crucial step that should commence immediately following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent any damage that could result from prolonged exposure of the pipeline, maintaining its integrity.
2. When backfilling, ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is carefully filled with soft soil. This choice of material provides the necessary support and stability.
3. The manual filling of backfilling soil into the ditch is a critical practice, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited. This approach ensures the careful placement and compaction of soil, maintaining the safety and stability of the structure.
4. It is essential that the backfill soil quality adheres to the design-specified density requirements. This ensures the longevity and robustness of the installation, meeting rigorously high standards.
