Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Each CPVC power conduit boasts a standard fixed length of 6 meters, providing robust support with 3 accompanying pipe sleepers. These sleepers are meticulously spaced 2.0 meters apart, with precision placement 0.5 meters away from the joints, ensuring a stable and secure installation.
2. For seamless manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, ground personnel are responsible for delivering the pipe material to the adept construction crew stationed at the trench's base. Please adhere to safety protocols by avoiding the rolling of pipes into the groove.
3. In instances where length modifications are required for the CPVC power protective casings, deploy mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure each cut maintains a perpendicular alignment to the pipe pillow's axis, yielding smooth, flat surfaces for optimal performance.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve dependable CPVC power protective casing connections using either socket methods or interface connections, tailored to meet your specific installation needs.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface to indicate the precise insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator remains accurate and optimally positioned for flawless connections.
3. Prior to establishing connections with the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously cleanse the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior of any soil or attachments. This ensures a snug fit and prevents any potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling promptly following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Timely backfilling is crucial to prevent any damage that may arise from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the CPVC power protective casing is surrounded by gently backfilled soft soil, providing a protective cushion and enhanced stability.
3. When backfilling, manually integrate soil into the ditch. Please strictly refrain from using mechanical backfilling methods to avoid potential damage.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to the specified density requirements outlined in the design, guaranteeing enduring stability and support.

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost.
