Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring consistency and ease of use. Each conduit is accompanied by 3 sets of high-quality pipe sleepers, strategically maintaining a 2.0-meter spacing between them while positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint to guarantee stability and reliability.
2. For the installation of CPVC power protective casings, manual handling is recommended. Ground personnel should efficiently transfer pipe materials to the skilled construction crew working at the trench's bottom. Ensure strict compliance with safety measures by prohibiting the rolling of pipes into the groove, preserving both safety and integrity of the installation.
3. Should you need to adjust the length of CPVC power protective casings, it is essential to utilize mechanical tools for precision cutting. Guarantee that the cuts are perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, delivering a smooth and flat surface for optimal connection and seamless integration.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. The CPVC power protective casing connections are made using dependable socket or interface connections, ensuring strength and durability for long-term performance.
2. Accurately mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with an insertion length indicator. After inserting into the socket, meticulously verify the indicator's accuracy and ensure it is properly positioned for a secure and stable connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This meticulous preparation facilitates a flawless connection and effectively prevents water leakage, maintaining system integrity.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. Swift backfilling is crucial to avoid potential damage caused by prolonged pipeline exposure, thus safeguarding the system's longevity and performance.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is meticulously backfilled with soft soil, providing a gentle yet secure support system.
3. Adhere strictly to manual backfilling methods for the soil in the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and precision of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must strictly meet the design-specified density requirements, ensuring structural stability and system reliability.
